New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts Dance Program traditionally invites local companies to teach and perform for it’s summer dance program that is mandatory for undergraduates.  In order to expand the exposure to other influences, Clint Lutes proposed that Europe-based (or active) Tisch Dance alumnae be invited for a week of the program.

The first edition in 2016 included Eleanor Bauer (Tisch Dance ’03), Julian Barnett (Tisch Dance ’01) and Clint Lutes (Tisch Dance ’02), in a program curated by Clint Lutes and Pamela Pietro.  The students were able to follow the lineage and development of 3 artists with a similar education as theirs to their current artistic identities through classes, performances, workshops, lecture demonstrations and discussions.
